We ship UPS ground. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call for any special shipping requests. Tracking notification sent to an email address by request.

Please note this guarantee does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or wear and tear of the materials over extended time and use. All products should be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Please contact Pout for a Return Authorization Number. Pout will not accept any return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number written on the return.
